Jacob Jensen, a renowned Danish design house, was making its first expansion into consumer electronics. The challenge: a wireless charging car mount with dual-sensing automatic opening in an extremely compact enclosure, a problem multiple suppliers had failed to solve.
Our R&D team redesigned the PCBA layout from the ground up. Through iterative prototyping, we achieved reliable dual-sensing performance without compromising Qi charging efficiency. The premium packaging went through 6 rounds of sampling and was approved as matching the quality of their watch packaging. 6,000 units with zero defects.
